Originally established in 2012, Aloha Thai Kitchen began a new chapter under new ownership in October 2025, continuing to serve authentic Thai flavors to the Waimea community with fresh ingredients and warm hospitality.

Aloha Thai Kitchen was born out of a passion for sharing the rich, vibrant heritage of Thai cuisine with the beautiful community of Waimea. We believe that great food brings people together. That’s why we combine carefully sourced organic ingredients, traditional family recipes, and daily fresh preparation to serve dishes that are as healthy as they are delicious. Our Chef
Our head chef comes from Chiang Rai, Thailand, where cooking has always been part of everyday life. Growing up in Northern Thailand, she learned to cook traditional Thai dishes at home using fresh ingredients, herbs, and family recipes passed down through generations.
What started as simple home cooking for family and friends slowly turned into something more. Friends and neighbors loved the food so much that she began preparing meals from home and sharing authentic Thai flavors with the local community.
With passion, dedication, and years of experience in traditional Thai cooking, the small home kitchen gradually grew into what is now Aloha Thai Kitchen. Every dish is still prepared with the same care and authentic recipes that first inspired the journey.
Today, the goal remains the same: to share the warm hospitality and true flavors of Thai home-style cooking with everyone who visits.
